“Outcomes from the Partnership Advisory Group will impact all citizens in our community for decades to come,” she said. “I am interested in working with our community to develop positive outcomes for all populations served by our healthcare system. It’s important to ensure our future health care delivery system effectively integrates social care into health care to reduce health disparities in the community.”
“I feel the principles that embody my practice lend themselves to the upcoming discussions of such future funding and care models,” said Dr. Rudyk. “As a member of the PAG my goal is to consider what would be best for our whole community, but I have an additional understanding of the needs and interests of other groups. Recently, I was selected as Chief of the Medical Staff at NHRMC for the current year. I also feel a special connection to the clinical and support staff at the hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities across our community. And of course, I also have a broad understanding of the needs of all of our older residents and their families.”
